Ceramic goods for bonsai

If we are speaking about growing bonsai as an artform, we are thinking about three-dimensional art. Its exclusiveness is given by work with really live ever changing material - a tree. The resulting object consists of the plant and a pot. These two integral components are included in the name itself . The word orignates from the Japanese BON and SAI, which mean "a tree in a pot". The pot markedly influences the aesthetical impression.

It is our effort to reach perfect harmony between the plant and its pot. A correctly selected pot should be in harmony with the size of the bonsai, its shape, colour and surface (see THEORY). The goal of our studio is to offer growers the best selection of shapes and sizes. Each shape offers several glaze colours or natural surfaces of different structure.

In addition to the pot types listed in our catalogue, we produce original pots for specific plants in collaboration with growers. Everything depends on the agreement between the ceramic studio and the bonsai grower. Maximum pot size is 70 cm. We want to achieve the highest quality both from the point of view of aesthetics and materials. Our branded ceramic products are highly burnt (1240° C) with minimum absorbability. Warranty is granted for all of our products.
